In this episode, Pastor Steve Harris, the pastor of discipleship at Elim Church in Saskatoon and an adjunct professor at Horizon College and Seminary. His passion is to equip the Church to do what Jesus did and to deepen their relationship with God.
As Pastor Steve reflects on his unexpected path—from studying theology to earning his Ph.D. in England and ultimately being called into full-time ministry—he reveals how God's timing was perfect in leading him to become a pastor. He also discusses his passion for teaching and discipling the next generation of believers, as well as his experience helping people walk in true freedom in Christ.
In today’s conversation, we dive deep into the concept of the “Full Gospel,” a term that captures the complete work of Jesus—our Savior, Healer, Sanctifier, Baptizer, and Soon-Coming King. This discussion sheds light on how the full gospel encompasses more than salvation, including healing, deliverance, and empowerment through the Holy Spirit.
